Antenatal Clinic
If you are newly pregnant, you will need to register for midwifery services by complete the form below and email to the email address on the form.

Your midwife and GP will undertake your pregnancy care. If you have complications you may also be seen at the hospital antenatal clinic. Following delivery and discharge from the midwife, our health visitors will look after you and your baby.
Kingswood Surgery has an attached midwife, who holds a clinic on Wednesday morning and Friday Morning. The Midwife can be contacted on 01494 425172 between 08:30 and 09:30 daily.

Counselling Services
There are several organisations in the High Wycombe area that offer general and specialist counselling services. Many of these organisations charge a fee, however you may benefit from shorter waiting times to see a counsellor. You can refer yourself to Healthy Minds if you feel you would like some support.

Dietician
Our in house Dietician is available to see patients by appointment only, once a month.
Influenza Vaccinations
Each year we offer the flu vaccine to the following groups of patients:
- All those aged 65 and over.
- Patients with certain long term chronic illnesses, such as asthma or diabetes.
