CQC Report 2017 - GOOD
Kingswood Surgery had their initial inspection in June 2016. Since that time, many changes have taken place as a result of our inspection and we are continually striving to improve our patient services. This is assisted by our patient's giving us feedback, so please do complete our Friend & Family Test or contact the Surgery should you have any concerns.
