WALK IN FLU CLINIC FOR OVER 65'S ON 12TH OCTOBER 2019 BETWEEN 8-12!

Kingswood is part of the new Cygnet PCN!

Cygnet PCN was launched on 18th September 2019 at Butterfly House Hospice and attended by over 100 staff and community leaders.  It was a wonderful event and the beginning of new services for all our patients.  The other practices in this PCN are: Tower House, Priory Surgery, Desborough Surgery & Hazlemere Surgery.  We have a new Pharmacist and Social Prescriber that will be staring with us soon!

New Telephone System

In an attempt to help our patients get better access to the Surgery, we installed a new telephone SIP cloud system.  Unfortunately, it has been plagued with faults and therefore we have had to remove it.  We do appreciate that this has caused frustration in getting cut off and trying to get through and we would like to apologise for that.  From the beginning of June, we hope very much that whilst you will get the engaged tone when all our lines are busy, you will not be cut off and will get through to the Surgery faster and more efficiently.  We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused and thank you for your patience.  We have done everything that we can to rectify this issue along with BT, Convergence and Gamma.

Getting an Appointment

Patient Access to appointments is sometime challenging, we know.  So we have changed our system to ensure that we are able to offer more appointments to our patients, and we have more Reception Staff to man our lines.  We do hope that this will improve our accessibility, however, if you wish to give us feedback, then please do complete our Friends & Family Test now: Friends & Family Test
